Human for Human organization carried out a scientific field visit for the trainees of the second traditional dairy industry workshop to the Diwaniyah dairy factory, where they were inspected the production lines and the laboratories from the beginning of receiving the raw material from the milk to the different production stages, sorting, packaging, cooling, storage, marketing and access to the production process.

We were accompanied during the visit by a group of engineers responsible for the main departments in the laboratory and representatives of the dairy department, including the laboratory and nutritional examination department. Identifying the types of harmful and beneficial bacteria in the production of cheese and the most healthy and pollution-free dairy production methods in terms of sterilization methods and how to treat them properly to reach the desired output. Questions and inquiries from the trainees were answered, and then moved to the production lines and packaging department and the steps of dairy production were identified. Step by step, including production and packaging machines, down to the sales and marketing department in the factory,

At the conclusion of the scientific visit, the engineers and supervisors of the laboratory welcomed the staff of the Human for Human Organization and the trainees in this workshop, where they expressed their willingness to receive all scientific visits that the organization will hold in the future.
